We keep a small, serious community. Here is what we ask and what you can count on.
What you bring
- An active Texas license
- Cosmetology or barbering license number and a government photo ID.
- Professional liability insurance
- Required before move-in and kept current for your whole agreement. Renter's insurance for your tools is recommended.
- Your clients and your craft
- A clean, guest-ready booth every business day and a professional, respectful presence.
What you can count on
- Concierge Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- Check-ins, drinks for your guests, restocking, deliveries and shared-space upkeep.
- Secure, private access
- Personal building credentials, alarm access and a secure staff entrance.
- Sunday reset
- Sundays are for deep cleaning, maintenance and restocking, so every week starts guest-ready. Smoke-free and drug-free, always.

How much is booth rent?
Signature is $275 a week, Intermediate is $300 a week and Elite is $325 a week. Rates may be reviewed as amenities expand, always with advance notice.
How long is the rental agreement?
You can choose a 6 month or a 12 month agreement.
What does it cost to get started?
After you are approved, a $300 non-refundable reservation deposit holds your booth. It is separate from your rent. Your first month's rent is due before move-in.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Professional liability insurance is required before move-in and for the length of your agreement. Renter's or business property insurance for your equipment is recommended.
What is included in every booth?
Your own station and storage, shampoo bowl and back bar access, concierge and front desk support, laundry for towels and capes, Wi-Fi and utilities, parking, a break room, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
When can I get into the building?
Every renter gets personal building access credentials. Our concierge is on site Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Sundays are reserved for house management and deep cleaning.
How soon will I hear back?
Applications are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days. If it is a fit, we will invite you in for an interview and a tour of the salon.
