How does booking work?
Tap Book Now, choose your service and stylist, and request a time. Our concierge reviews and confirms every request, and confirmations arrive by text.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to your service total. A card on file is required to reserve.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a future booking. Same-day changes forfeit the deposit, and missed appointments may be charged 75% to 100% of the service to the card on file.
Are the listed prices final?
Listed prices are before a 4% transaction fee. Color, highlights and smoothing services can vary with hair length and density, which your stylist will confirm with you.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. The Platinum Consultation and Signature Consultation are free. JoeJoe’s consultation, The De Oro Edit, is $30, and his in-person Bellami extension consultation is also $30.
Which tier is right for me?
De Oro is the owner’s chair with JoeJoe. Platinum is Sabrina and Josh. Signature is AJ. Every tier follows the same De Oro standard; the tiers are designed around your desired investment.
